  • Become a Certified flexVDI Partner
  • Have dedicated resources assigned to flexVDI projects
  • Be available for periodic review meetings with flexVDI account managers
  • Be the first level of support for their flexVDI customers and use flexVDI as a second level of support (mostly for bug fixes)
